A patient with severe bruxism ultimately suffered a vertical root fracture of the mandibular second molar (No.47). Due to the acute symptoms, the tooth was extracted immediately. After the patient prepared the implant budget, we proceeded with an early implant placement approximately 2months later.
A healing abutment (φ5.5 × 5.0) was selected, allowing us to position the implant platform 4 mm subcrestal from the buccal keratinized tissue. This also ensured that no redundant soft tissue would ride over the healing abutment, eliminating the need for unnecessary soft-tissue trimming.

The final restoration for tooth No.47 was fabricated using the 4S Concept without going through a PVR phase, and thanks to the excellent craftsmanship of @lab.lazarus.inc, the case was completed flawlessly with no complications.

ブラキサーでとうとう歯根破折した47番。急性症状もありすぐに抜歯したが、インプラント費用をご用意いただき、約2ヶ月後にインプラント早期埋入。Healing Abutmentはφ5.5×5.0を使用する事で、頬側付着歯肉から4mm縁下にプラットフォームが位置するような埋入を確認できる。HA上に歯肉が、乗って治癒しないのも無駄な歯肉切除などの手間を省ける。

47番はPVRを経由せず4S Conceptの補綴形態でFinal Restorationを製作していただいたが、 @lab.lazarus.inc  の素晴らしい技工で何の問題もなく補綴完了した。いつもありがとうございます！
