The treatment concept is shifting from “cut and fill” to “add and reinforce.” Comprehensive diagnosis includes evaluation of the smile line, tooth axis, and volume, followed by a consistent workflow from Wax-up to Mock-up to Final Restoration. The new concept is not to “create” form, but to “transfer” it. Keynote can be utilized to visualize discrepancies in tooth axes, making deviations clearly identifiable.

Injection Technique is indicated for multi-tooth anterior esthetic cases, direct veneers, direct bridges, restorations for erosion and tooth wear, and mock-ups for occlusal vertical dimension increase in posterior regions. The use of a clear index enhances visibility, reduces errors, and enables highly reproducible and controllable mock-ups and provisional restorations (PVR). Overall, diagnosis-driven design and precise morphological transfer are the keys to clinical success.

治療概念は、「削り埋める」から「付加し強化する」へ。スマイルライン、歯軸、ボリューム評価を行い、WaxUp・MockUp・Final Restorationまで一貫して設計する。「転写する」という新概念。Keynoteを利用して歯軸の乱れを可視化。

Injection Techniqueは複数歯前歯部審美、ダイレクトベニア、ブリッジ、酸蝕や咬耗症例、臼歯部咬合挙上MockUpが適応症。clear INDEXを利用する事で見えやすく、失敗すくなく、操作性・再現性の高いMockUpとPVRを簡単にできる。総じて、診断主導で形態を精密に転写することが成功の鍵である。

論文数も赤丸急上昇中とのことです。VIVOでこの触りを聞いてから私も患者さんに治療しましたが、とてもやりやすかったです。これをDental Study Club ₿EAMSのメンバーに共有したかったので、 @y_kaki_dds を招いて開催しました。案の定大盛況でしたね。受講できた人はラッキーでしたね🔥彼の考え方のフランクさや、学び取り入れる姿勢にも頭が下がります。東北大の頭良さ感じますが、私立のような軽快さも好きです😆
